Merrill Hale (age 65) | Papillion, passed away on March 24. He had previously worked as a loan officer at Dakota County State Bank, now F&M Bank, in South Sioux City for many years. Virginia “Ginger” Nissen, (age 92) | Lincoln, passed away on March 23. She was the wife of 1989 NBA Past Chair Jim Nissen.
